VIA ID · the security desk for AI agents

Watch an agent get a badge — then get refused.

Every AI agent gets a small signed badge that travels with it: who made it, what it's allowed to do, and a tamper-evident record of what it did. Below, walk the whole lifecycle. The badge's identity and signatures are generated and checked live in your browser — this isn't a mockup.

The story

The public verify page — viaid.ai/a/<id>

— no badge yet — tier: —

Run step 1 to mint a badge and this becomes its live, shareable verify page.

console — the real values as they happen
What's live vs. shown: the 3-key identity, signatures, the tamper-evident log hash-chain, verify, and revoke all run live in your browser with real Ed25519 + SHA-256. The GraphSmith evaluation (the evidence a badge stands on) and the org gate run server-side in the real product; here they're shown from a real captured run.

Claim discipline: the record is tamper-evident — if it's changed, it shows (never "tamper-proof"). Kill = revoke + the gate refuses it next time — not a remote shutdown. A badge is evidence, not a safety or compliance guarantee.
